These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.innerpeaceholidays.com and associated applications (“Platform”) operated by Inner Peace Holidays Private Limited, registered at Shop No. 9, Node 1 Market, Bodhgaya, Gaya, Bihar — 824231, India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Business

The Company operates two independent service verticals:

A. Tours & Travels — booking of domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, cabs, visa facilitation, and customized itineraries.

B. Software Services — IT consultancy, software design, development, implementation and technical support services for domestic and international clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Platform.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (or applicable currency) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as indicated at checkout.
• Prices for travel packages are subject to change due to airline fare fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and vendor pricing until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (Axis Bank / PayGlocal). The Company does not store your card/banking credentials.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for bookings/account creation
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the security of our Software Services
• Comply with all applicable travel, visa, immigration, and customs laws for your destination

5. Tours & Travels — Specific Terms

• Third-Party Services: Flights, hotels, and ground transport are provided by third-party vendors. The Company acts as a facilitator/agent and is not liable for delays or service deficiencies caused by third parties.
• Documentation: You are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and health/vaccination requirements for your trip.
• Itinerary Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political conditions, or force majeure events.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Software Services — Specific Terms

• License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software Service during your subscription term.
• Acceptable Use: You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software. You may not use it to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Fees & Refunds: Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — Software Services are non-refundable except as expressly stated therein.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Inner Peace Holidays Private Limited or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking/subscription giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gaya, Bihar, India.
